Water is all over the world - in seas, in rivers, in the air, sometimes deep underground. Some places have to face too much water. Other places suffer from having not enough of it.

Water is essential for life. Water can kill.

Junior Chamber International is aware of the opportunities of water. It also knows of the menaces and threats. JCI endorsed the initiative of Junior Chamber The Netherlands in order to facilitate Junior Chambers and other organisations in the world through the power of the JCI network - using the knowledge within.

We like to know about your project, as we can assist you or bring you in touch with organisations that can help you. Even if you are not in The Netherlands. Tell us about your water project! All registered water projects will be considered for the Water Award 2003 competition presented at the JCI 2003 World Congress in Copenhagen (Denmark).
